When purchasing any item using a Fly London Gift Card, please remember that all returns will be refunded back into the Gift Card and no cash refund will be processed.
The Gift Card has no expiry date, so once the return has been processed and validated on our side, we will happily refund you back to the original Gift Card that was used for the original purchase.
If you paid for the item with a Fly London Gift Card and another payment method, we'll process the refund using the same payment methods. That is, the amount that was paid through the gift card will be returned to the gift card, and the remaining amount to the payment account that you used to finish the order.
