As soon as we receive the confirmation that your item has been returned and that it is in perfect conditions (unworn, unwashed and not damaged, with all the brand labels and original box), we will then process your refund back into the original payment method. Please note that funds can take a few days to be available back into your bank account, depending on your bank.
We will only refund the item value - shipping costs will only be refunded in exceptional cases such as: the item sent is damaged or it does not match the one ordered.
